Senior Manager - Direct Sales - Bank (5-8 Yrs) Kolkata (BFSI Sales)

Role & Responsibility:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve Business Targets.
-Identify Cross sales opportunities and Drive revenue growth through Assets and Third Party Products.
-Ensure smooth operational processes while achieving branch profitability.
-Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and trends.
-Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service quality.
-Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices for Branch Operations.
-Manage and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), Assistant Acquisition Managers (AAMs), and Acquisition Managers (AMs) to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:1.
