What s yours? and values like Clean, Evocative, and LongstayCampaign & Content Development :- Build marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal promotions) with engaging creative content (social posts, blog narratives, ad assets) that reflect the brand s emotional tone and aesthetic.Digital & Social Media Leadership :- Oversee social media strategy to ensure brand coherence. Manage creative direction, content calendar, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance across platforms.Consumer Insights & Market Strategy :- Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. Use insights to refine positioning and recommend new product ideas or collections.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work with product development (scents & design), digital teams (e-commerce, web), and external partners (photographers, influencers, PR) to execute cohesive brand activations.Performance Analytics & Reporting :- Track KPIs like social engagement, campaign ROI, sales lift, brand awareness metrics.
