Travel plan approval has to be taken in advance- Sharing minutes of meeting after every visit / customer meeting- Maintaining MIS sheet of Inquiry and confirmed orders- Taking regular customer feedback- Developing different ways and modes of sales- Making presentation to management on marketing strategy and action plan- Making sure all customers are responded in Time- Ensuring 100% payment is received on time.
