Job Description - Corporate Sales TrainerPosition: Corporate Sales TrainerCompany: Aimlay Private LimitedLocation: Rohini, Delhi (On-site)Experience: Minimum 2 years as Corporate Sales Trainer About the RoleThe Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and enhancing the effectiveness of inside sales and counselling teams through structured training programs. The role focuses on onboarding, communication excellence, sales process understanding, and continuous performance improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for inside sales & counselling teams- Deliver training on sales process, communication skills, objection handling & customer engagement- Design and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint for training modules- Create training content, SOPs, manuals & learning resources- Conduct regular refresher sessions to improve conversion quality & productivity- Evaluate training impact using assessments and performance tracking- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and create improvement plans- Maintain training documentation and progress reports Required Skills & Competencies :- Strong experience in inside sales training- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint- Strong facilitation & presentation skills- Ability to analyze performance and coach for improvement- High emotional intelligence and professionalism Eligibility Criteria- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Trainer- Prior experience in inside sales / counselling / B2C/ B2B environments- Exposure to EdTech, BPO, BFSI, or service-based organizations preferredAmanPh- 9205777327 (ref:updazz.com)
