Our platform integrates various modules, including student information management, finance, human resources, and academic management, providing a unified solution for educational institutions of all sizes.Role Overview:- The Sales Trainer - Technical Product will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell and demonstrate Entab s complex ERP solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs focused on product features, technical aspects, and sales methodologies.
-The Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with product management, sales leadership, and marketing teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
-Ultimately, this role directly impacts sales performance by enabling the team to articulate the value proposition of our solutions and close deals effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Entab s ERP solutions and LMS covering product functionality, technical specifications, and competitive advantages, to enhance the sales team s product expertise.- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, demos, videos, and interactive exercises, to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements within the sales team, tailoring training programs to address specific areas for improvement.- Facilitate product demonstrations and workshops for the sales team, enabling them to confidently showcase the value of Entab s solutions to prospective clients.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, continuously improving content and delivery methods.- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to stay updated on new product releases, features, and market trends, incorporating this information into training materials.- Coach and mentor sales representatives on effective sales techniques, presentation skills, and objection handling, improving their ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.- Maintain a library of training resources and materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date for the sales team s reference.Required Skillset:- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs focused on technical products.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing.- Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as business, education, or technology.- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and comfortable working in a hybrid work setup.- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, Product Training, Learning and Development.
