We are now seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and amplify our impact across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram- Increase reach, engagement, and support for campaigns aligned with our causes2. Content Creation & Communication- Create compelling content for social media, website, newsletters, and donor outreach- Write grammatically flawless, engaging English content that aligns with our brand and values- Manage the monthly content calendar in coordination with programme teams3. Social Media Management- Handle day-to-day posting, audience interaction, and community engagement- Grow followers organically and through strategic paid promotions4. Website & SEO- Regularly update and maintain the NGO website (WordPress or similar)- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic5. Performance Analytics- Track and report key performance metrics across platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insightsQualifications & Requirements- Min.
