Performance Marketing Role (5-7 Yrs) Noida (Online/Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).- Drive high-quality lead generation with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI.- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to maximize conversions.- Manage campaign budgets & bidding strategies, ensuring efficient allocation and minimal wastage.- Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to design data-backed marketing strategies.- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC, ROI, attribution).- Stay updated with industry trends, ad policy changes, and new performance marketing tools.- Build and mentor a small performance marketing team over time.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).- 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in lead generation-driven industries (real estate, auto, BFSI, EdTech, etc.).- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.- Strong grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar).- Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, and CRM integration is a plus.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
