Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Training to drive sales capability and performance across the South & East regions. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver product, soft skills & service training (classroom, virtual & on-floor)- Conduct regular in-store visits & field coaching- Perform Training Needs Identification (TNI) - Design and update training decks & learning materials- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions- Evaluate training effectiveness & demonstrate ROI impact- Publish monthly training reports & manage training calendar- Support new staff induction & refresher programs Experience Required:- 8 years in Sales Training / Retail TrainingFull-time MBA preferred- Strong exposure to Retail / Telecom / Insurance sectors- Excellent facilitation & stakeholder management skills- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (ref:updazz.com)
