Job Description
Role OverviewWe are hiring a high-ownership, field-oriented sales professional who can independently drive enterprise sales for our Voice AI solutions. This role requires frequent travel for client meetings, deep discovery conversations, and deal closures, especially with BFSI clients.You will work closely with founders, product, and solution teams to close high-value enterprise deals.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end sales for Voice AI products- Conduct in-person meetings with enterprise clients (CX heads, Sales, Ops, Digital, IT)- Drive sales across BFSI, NBFCs, Insurance, Fintechs (BFSI experience is a strong plus)- Understand client workflows and pitch tailored Voice AI solutions- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately- Coordinate with product and tech teams for demos, pilots, and onboarding- Represent Girnar Labs at industry events, meetups, and client offices- Close multi-month, high-value enterprise contractsLooking For- 3-8 years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience- Strong preference for candidates with BFSI / Fintech / SaaS sales exposure- Comfortable with sales and frequent travel- Proven ability to sell complex, consultative tech solutions- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Self-starter mindset - someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment- Experience selling AI, SaaS, CX, Contact Center, or Automation solutions is a bonusWhy Join Us?- Equity (ESOPs) - meaningful ownership in what you build- Opportunity to sell a high-demand Voice AI product- Work directly with founders and senior leadership- Huge growth opportunity as Voice AI adoption accelerates across BFSI, Automotives and Real Estate (ref:updazz.com)
