You will identify and qualify potential clients, build strong relationships, and present PaySprint s solutions to meet their specific needs. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, contributing directly to the company s revenue growth and market leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Delhi NCR region to expand PaySprint s client base.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations to understand their business needs and challenges.- Present PaySprint s payment solutions and value proposition to prospective clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations to secure new partnerships.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets, providing regular updates to management to ensure alignment and accountability.- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions to drive sustainable growth.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
-They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
-The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in solution sales within the fintech or related industries.- A bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
