Job Description
B2B Sales Account ManagerRole Overview:As a B2B Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. Your day-to-day will involve understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets. This role directly impacts our company s revenue and reputation by fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, lasting relationships.- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.- Develop and execute account management plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within assigned accounts.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure alignment with our product offerings.- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely and effective support.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow B2B accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including account planning, opportunity management, and closing strategies.- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client interactions and sales activities.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing market conditions.- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.- Must be based in Pune and able to work on-site.
