Google & Meta Advertising Specialist (3-7 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

About the Role :We are seeking a Google & Meta Ads Specialist with a focus on the Forex and Crypto segments to join our fast-growing digital advertising agency, Growthan Media, based in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ROI-driven environment, driving measurable business outcomes while enjoying direct ownership of budgets and campaign performance.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery) campaigns specifically for Forex and Crypto clients.- Handle daily campaign optimization, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI.- Work on landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO), provide creative feedback, and manage pixel/postback integrations using Google Tag Manager and API conversions.- Create and monitor ad funnels for lead generation (Click - Lead - FTD) to ensure effective customer journeys.- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.- Stay updated with advertising policy changes in the Financial/Crypto segment and ensure all campaigns comply with these regulations.- Collaborate closely with design and strategy teams to ideate and refine high-performing creatives and ad copies.- Manage monthly budgets ranging from - 20-50 lakh, ensuring effective spend allocation and performance tracking.Requirements :- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns within the Forex and Crypto sectors.- Strong understanding of advertising policies and compliance requirements for financial promotions.- Hands-on expertise in CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS optimization strategies.- In-depth knowledge of pixels, S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, and campaign attribution models.- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for performance reporting.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Nice to Have :- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.- Experience in managing large-scale budgets and campaigns with global reach.- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with global Forex and Crypto brands.- Be part of a fast-scaling, performance-driven digital agency.- Real ownership of campaigns with exposure to large-scale budgets and global ad ecosystems.- 5-day work week with flexible hours, paid time off, and holidays.- Access to cutting-edge ad tools, learning opportunities, and a fast-track growth culture.- A vibrant, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
