Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Associate with experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for AI, mobile, and web application development projects.Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI, mobile, and web-based solutions.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project understanding and delivery.- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales data and reports.- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales/business development.- Proven experience in generating and closing leads for:- AI/ML projects- Mobile application development- Web application development- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (mandatory).- Strong understanding of sales processes and client handling.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.Preferred Skills- Experience working with international clients (US/UK markets).- Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital solutions.- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
