Call Center Sales Manager (B2C Inside Sales)Location: Andheri / Thane (Mumbai), Delhi (Punjabi Speaking only)Experience: 4-9 YearsIndustry: Consumer Internet / MatchmakingAbout the RoleStaffanchor is hiring a Call Center Sales Manager for a leading client in the Consumer Internet Matchmaking domain. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in B2C inside sales, team management, and revenue ownership.Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 35-40 Sales Executives and Team Leads- Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to maximize conversions- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions- Analyze sales metrics, call quality, and funnel performance to identify improvement areas- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and sales processesRequirements :- 4-9 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Call Center Sales- Proven experience managing large teams (30 members)- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Experience in consumer internet / matchmaking / subscription-based sales is a plusWork ScheduleWorking Days: Saturday & Sunday are workingWeekly Off: 1 rotational off during weekdaysWhat We Offer :- Competitive fixed salary- Lucrative performance-based incentives- Opportunity to lead large teams in a high-growth environment- Career growth with a leading brand in the matchmaking space (ref:updazz.com)
