Job Description: Closing ManagerCompany : IndoAsian Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.Location : ThaneDepartment : Residential SalesExperience Required : 3-7 years (Real Estate Mandatory)CTC : As per industry standardsRole OverviewThe Closing Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales closures for residential projects. This role ensures seamless client experience from site visit to final documentation, driving revenue and maintaining excellent customer relations.Key Responsibilities- Manage complete closing cycle for walk-in & sourced leads.- Conduct detailed project presentations, negotiations, and final closures.- Coordinate and support clients on booking, documentation, payment schedules, and loan processing.- Work closely with the sales head for achieving monthly/quarterly targets.- Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with CRM, legal and finance teams.- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and high conversion ratios.- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure smooth post-sales handover.- Prepare MIS reports and update lead status in CRM on a daily basis.Requirements :- Proven experience in residential real estate sales (closing role).- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with project offerings.- High ownership, target-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.- Should be well-versed with Thane/Mumbai property market.
