About Watch Your Health (WYH)Watch Your Health (WYH) is a HealthTech company delivering B2B digital wellness and engagement solutions to Insurance companies, Pharma firms, Hospitals, and Diagnostic chains. Our platforms help enterprises improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and health risk analytics through technology-driven solutions.Role Summary :We are hiring high-performance enterprise sales hunters responsible for driving new business acquisition. The role requires owning the complete enterprise sales cycle and closing mid-to-large ticket B2B deals across Insurance, Pharma, Hospital, and Diagnostic segments.Key Responsibilities :- Drive new logo acquisition through structured enterprise prospecting.- Own end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting - Discovery - Demo - Proposal - Commercial Negotiation - Closure.- Engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders (HR Heads, Sales Heads, Product Heads, Marketing Heads).- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with predictable quarterly revenue closures.- Close enterprise deals with defined revenue targets.- Coordinate with product and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting.Performance Expectations :- Consistent quarterly revenue achievement.- Strong new business conversion ratio.- Healthy and active sales pipeline at all times.- Professional enterprise relationship management.Ideal Candidate Profile :- 5-8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.- Experience selling SaaS, HealthTech, Insurance, Wellness, Pharma, or Digital Solutions.- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large ticket deals.- Strong hunter mindset with high ownership and accountability.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured sales processes.- MBA preferred but not mandatory for strong performers.Compensation & Incentives : - Performance-Linked Incentives: Attractive and uncapped incentive structure aligned directly with revenue achievement.- Clear growth path into leadership roles based on performance.Reporting To: Sales Leadership TeamWork Mode: Full-Time | Office-BasedLocation: Thane, MaharashtraWork Timing: Mon - Sat; 9.30am to 6.30 pm; 1st and 2nd sat half dayInterested candidates should have a strong enterprise sales track record and a results driven approach.
