Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)Experience: 2-4 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysWork Schedule: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM | 5 Days a WeekLocation: Ahmedabad (onsite)Role SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT sales and strong English communication skills. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and managing international business opportunities across global markets.Key Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify new business leads through online research and outreach- Present and pitch IT services to prospective clients- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers- Identify potential markets and decision-makers using professional networks and social platforms- Follow up on sales opportunities and schedule meetings with clients- Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal technical teams- Prepare proposals, bids, emails, and business communications as per client needs- Conduct daily client calls and follow up on ongoing discussions- Work towards assigned sales targets and ensure timely achievementRequired Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development- Hands-on experience with overseas clients (USA, Canada, Europe, UAE preferred)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Professional presentation skills for meetings and documentationBenefits- 5-day work culture- Performance-based incentives and recognition- Flexible work timings (ref:updazz.com)
