Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven BusinessDevelopment Executive to strengthen our B2B IT services sales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation is mandatory.Key Responsibilities- Drive B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels.- Plan and execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate reporting.- Conduct market research to track global IT trends, competitor activity, and client needs.Required Skills & Experience- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in the B2B IT Services industry.- Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting.- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (lead generation to closure).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to take ownership and collaborate with internal teams.
