- Recruitment & Training: Recruit Business Associates/Advisors, coordinate training, and conduct daily/weekly meetings.- Sales Target Achievement: Drive business submission, policy issuance, and renewals to meet monthly targets.- Team Management: Train, coach, and monitor the performance of advisors to ensure high-quality, first-time-right submissions.- Business Development: Conduct joint field work with associates to boost sales, cross-sell, and upsell products.- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
