Organize and validate full Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) dossiers, including control plans, flowcharts, and material test reports, as well as lead advanced product quality planning (APQP) meetings for new injection molds. As the main plant host for high-stakes external certifying bodies and customer quality audits, organize and carry out stringent internal process, product, and system audit schedules. Track internal rejections and customer complaints at the plant level, direct methodical 8D investigations, and use Fishbone and 5-Why frameworks to implement long-lasting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
