This position is at the very front of our customer experience pipeline, handling immediate loyalty concerns such as account turnover, excessive wait times, poorly handled escalations, and service complaints. Key Skills: Perfect Verbal Presence & Articulation: Outstanding verbal communication abilities to provide professional phone support, including neutral diction, crisp pronunciation, and proper grammar. Superior emotional intelligence to assess a caller 's emotional condition, reflect their urgency, and provide them with assistance during the call is known as active listening and empathetic profiling. Simultaneous Multi-Tasking Call & Type: Outstanding hand-eye coordination to navigate internal databases, type notes inside a 35+ WPM typing frame, and have a smooth conversation with a caller. CRM Navigation for Customers Fluency: The ability to pull and log customer profiles using service desk software settings, such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Freshdesk.
