Train as an HR Recruiter by Helping Our Hiring Group Job Description: Our Human Resources division's "Talent Pipeline Architect" and "Headcount Acceleration Specialist" are the HR Recruiter. Your main goal is to manage the entire hiring process, turning open corporate requisitions into successful placements in technical, commercial, and operational tracks. As the "First-Line Brand Ambassador," you assume complete responsibility for recruiting, screening resumes, cold calling, technical screening prior to interviews, monitoring applicant experiences, and final pay negotiation loops. At the core of corporate growth risk management is this role, which actively mitigates critical talent vulnerabilities such as high cost-per-hire ratios, long wait times for important plant/office openings, low offer-acceptance percentages, cultural mismatches between candidates, candidate dropouts prior to joining, and incomplete compliance onboarding documentation. Key Duties Job Requisition Blueprinting: Create extremely accurate job descriptions and define essential, non-negotiable target skill profiles in close collaboration with department heads and plant managers to close resource shortfalls. Multi-Channel Talent Sourcing: Use specialist recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, specific industry forums, professional networks, and internal employee referral programs, to find both active and passive applicants. Pre-Screening & Candidate Vetting: To assess a candidate's communication skills, career motivations, fundamental technical accomplishments, and structural cultural fit with business values, conduct telephone or video screening interviews. Interview Workflow Coordination: Organize calendar reservations, set up testing settings, and get structural scorecard comments while smoothly managing multi-tier interview schedules among panelists. Salary Negotiation & OfferEngineering: Work with corporate finance nodes to create competitive compensation packages, carry out comprehensive current salary checks, set up incentive programs, and make official job offers.
