Smooth Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the entire lifecycle documentation flow, from processing clear exit interviews and facilitating first-day orientations to issuing official offer letters and confirming background credentials. Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage dispute resolution procedures, interpret policy guidelines, plan corporate engagement activities, and act as a reliable, approachable point of contact for employee questions. HRIS & Employee Database Governance: Ensure complete security of sensitive employee profiles by keeping correct, current physical and digital personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Statutory Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Manage records for the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and workplace safety regulations, and help local factory and business operations comply with labor laws. Performance Management Support: Compile assessment forms, gather manager input, monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) completion data, and assist in carrying out the yearly and mid-year performance appraisal loops.
