Ensure complete security of sensitive employee profiles by maintaining correct, current physical and digital personnel files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Manage records for the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and workplace safety regulations, and help local manufacturing and business operations comply with labor laws.
