Your main responsibility is to carry out advanced analytical evaluation, trend analysis, and resolution of complex unpaid, aged, or disputed medical claims, while RCM Directors, Billing Managers, Financial Controllers, and Practice Executives set high-level revenue targets, contractual fee schedules, payer compliance standards, and financial management frameworks. Key Skills: Advanced US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analytics Mastery: Proficient knowledge of complicated claim lifecycles, contractual write-offs, CARC/RARC denial codes, EOB/ERA structures, end-to-end US medical billing processes, and financial A/R ageing measures (Days in A/R, Net Collection Ratio). Analytical Problem-Solving & Root-Cause Investigation: Outstanding quantitative capacity to examine big billing datasets, identify underlying clinical or operational reasons for claim rejections, and convert data insights into practical recovery procedures. Complicated Appeals and Medical Requirements Documentation: Expertise in examining payer clinical policies, reading CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and CCI edit recommendations, and creating formal appeal letters that are convincing and supported by evidence. Underpayment and Payer Contractual Audit Resolution: The ability to detect underpayments and enforce contractual compliance by analysing insurance contracts, fee schedules, and reimbursement methods (Fee-for-Service, Capitation, DRG, APC).
