Telemarketing Executive Accelerate Business & Sales Job Description Responsibilities: Cold calling and outbound prospecting: Run large-scale outbound calling campaigns to specific prospect lists; make strong sales presentations, get past gatekeepers, and spark interest in business products. Lead Qualification & Opportunity Pipeline Creation: Set up qualified product demonstrations and sales meetings for Account Executives; screen and qualify prospects using defined sales criteria. Prospect nurturing and follow-up management: To move prospects through the sales funnel, promptly follow up with warm leads, provide customised product material, professionally handle prospect objections, and maintain active touchpoints. CRM Data Hygiene & Call Disposition Logging: Keep current prospect data in CRM software; record call notes, update lead stages, monitor disposition statuses, and record important decision-maker contact information. Customer Query Resolution & Campaign input: Gather target audience input on promotional campaigns, respond promptly and accurately to prospect product enquiries, and share market data with marketing and product teams.
