Review, investigate, and process order cancellations, refunds, billing requests, and account adjustments in accordance with Company policy. Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate second-level support team or department manager using comprehensive diagnostic records. Maintain a complete record of customer interactions, transaction steps, and problem resolution details on the ticketing platform. Adhere to standardized communication templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strict data privacy policies. Consistently meets or exceeds key performance indicators including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), Quality Audit Scores, and Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
