Sales and Marketing Executive jobs at chennai Full job description : Location: Chennai Areas of Work: Sales & Marketing Job Description : Role Overview: This is a field role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects & Interior Designers AIDs. It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen & Wardrobe, Bath Fittings & Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows & Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc. Key Responsibilities: Maintain relationships with existing AIDs and service their requirements. Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography. Maintain & Update CML Customer Master List for AIDs. Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs. Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement. Conduct site visits to end customers&rsquo homes, act as the Point of Contact POC for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration. Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution. Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on: Number of catalogs/collaterals distributed Number of product briefings conducted Number of AID sites visited.
