Business Development Associate for (Ed-Tech, B2C), for Bangalore locationKey skills :-- B2C sales- Sales- Sales Management- Consumer Internet- Education and Edu TechCompany Size : Mid-SizedExperience Required : 1 - 4 yearsWorking Days : 5 days/weekSalary :- Depend upon experience and interview. pls do not apply if the present ctc is more than 7 lakhs per annum.Office Location : Kaikondrahalli, BengaluruRole & Responsibilities :- As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape.- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how company can help them.- Following up with existing prospects to ensure that we are able to open up new realms of possibilities through the power of education.Ideal Candidate :- 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services.- An undergraduate degree in any stream. Preferred stream - B.Tech.- Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.- A passion for sales and target achievement.- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ.Good-to-Have :-- Expertise in K12 and above domain.- Folks with proficiency in handling Tech product.- Handled a ticket size >50K is an added advantageReview Criteria :- Strong Sales profiles (Freshers also considered)- Mandatory (Experience) - Must have 3 Months of Any Internship Experience(For freshers) OR Any Sales Experience in a Full-time role- Mandatory (Core Skills) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Mandatory (Education) - Graduation year should be 2016 or later.- Mandatory (Education for Freshers) - BE/B.Tech- Mandatory (Company for Experienced) - Any Tech/Product Company ( B2C/Ed-tech/SaaS /IT Services/Product /B2B )- Mandatory (CV for Freshers) - Must be well structured and should tell about Projects/Internships in detail- Preferred (Core Skills) - Preliminary knowledge of LSQ, proficiency in handling Tech product- Preferred (Experience) - Sales experience of selling ticket size > 50kNote:-pls do not apply if your current cost to company is exceeding 7 lakhs per annuam.
