Area Sales Manager - Tile Adhessive (3-7 Yrs) Bangalore (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Manager for a Hyderabad based company for their Tile Adessive Segment.Responsibilities :- Develop and manage dealer/distributors and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.- Manage and mentor a team of sales officers providing training and support as needed.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, detailing progress against targets.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree.- Proven experience as a Area Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.- Strong understanding of sales principles and Channel sales with distributors.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.- Open to travel within assigned territory- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team effectively.
