Job Description
Selected employee s day-to-day responsibilities include :- Find and handle assigned leads- Cold-call and persuade/negotiate with prospective clients- Describe our company s products and services to prospects- Close the deal and record the details- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.- Support the team in lead generation and lead nurturing activities.- Collaborate with sales executives to prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.- Participate in meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance sales processes.- Adhere to our company s sales policies and procedures- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate recordsSkills & Requirements :- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with CRM software is a plusJob Types : Full-time, Fresher, InternshipContract length : 6 monthsSchedule : Day shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift- Weekend availability- Supplemental pay types : Performance bonusEducation : Bachelor s (Preferred)Experience : Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Total Work : 1 year (Preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
