Job Description
Job Title : Inside Sales and Lead Generation RepresentativeExp : 1-4 YearsLocation : Bangalore Skills : Experience requirement : 1-4 years in Lead generation (inside sales, pre sales) preferably in Engineering Services, IT services.- An individual with effective sales & marketing acumen, good analytical & negotiation skills - Must have good communication skills and experience in lead generation through cold calling and email campaign is must.
-With an exposure to engineering services industry is desirable (mechanical engineering and embedded engineering) - Exposure to dealing with international clients especially European automotive OEMs, tier 1 s is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills - candidate will be required to deal with prospects from the Europe/USA/UK/Japan regionsRoles and Responsibilities : - Lead/demand generation in assigned international geography - Cold-calling, email-campaign - Conducting preliminary market research to understand about a potential client/prospect - Prepare & update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts - Understanding the prospect requirements and mapping it with the offerings to benefit the business growth - Follow ups with prospects/leads - Connects and rapport building with decision makers - Active participation & involvement in sales meetings and strategizing the RFI/RFQ/RFP response and engagement kick-off - Account management activities.
