Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team in Udhana, Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and be passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities :- Manage customer queries and provide prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and enhance their experience with the brand.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and interaction history.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and retention metrics to inform management decisions.- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage loyalty.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in any field.- 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.- Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.- Health insurance and other employee benefits.
