About The Role : As a Systems Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the systems and data infrastructure of the organisation. We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge and experience in the IT, Systems, ERP and Data Management space. Main Responsibilities : - To develop and manage systems and data infrastructure to drive visibility and performance in the organisation - To effectively manage the vendor to drive system requirements and optimise cost - To manage the Distributor Management Systems and ensure usage compliance across customers - To continuously ensure that system processes are aligned with business requirements - To run a team for customer redressals - To work with cross function teams to identify gaps in systems and drive improvement - To ensure audit compliance on all IT assets - To conduct effective user trainings - To recommend IT strategies and policies by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; anticipating requirements Desired Candidate Profile : - Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems - Hands-on Techno-Functional ERP experience - Exposure to SFA and Inventory Management Systems - Expertise in data centre management and data governance - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation About the Company : Drums Food International is an up-and-coming, new age FMCG company dedicated to delivering quality products.
