About the role- Domain: CAST (Client Acquisition & Sales Team)- Role: Manager- Business Development & GrowthRoles & Responsibilities:- Identify and map out key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs. Reaching out to relevant client connects to showcase the research products and services of 1Lattice.- Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new and existing clients- Plan approaches, pitches and own all business metrics and growth for the assigned line of business/region- Maintain existing relationships and continuously focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities- Independently hold client meetings, understand the client needs through effective questioning and active listening, followed by suggesting the relevant solution/service aligned with the client requirementsWho is a successful applicant?. 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred- Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close a contract independently- Existing relationship in mid to large corporates across any/multiple sectors- Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environmentOther pointersLocation : Delhi/BangaloreRole type : In-office, 5 days workingCompensation : Aligned to market (ref:updazz.com)
