Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Direct Marketing Sales Executive & to join our sales team. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers through outdoor sales, door-to-door marketing, cold calls, lead generation, and field visits to promote and sell our products/services. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, possess excellent communication skills, and are confident in approaching customers directly. You ll be responsible for building brand awareness, converting leads into sales, and driving revenue growth through proactive fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, door-to-door marketing, on-ground events, and referrals.
- Visit residential areas, offices, retail shops, business centers, and public spaces to pitch the product or service.
- Generate leads through cold calling, local networking, and canvassing.
- Conduct market surveys to identify opportunities for business development.
2. Product Promotion
- Clearly explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.
- Distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and product samples during field activities.
- Set up promotional booths, exhibitions, or product demonstrations as part of marketing campaigns.
- Convince and influence customers to take action sign up, purchase, or book appointments.
3. Sales & Conversion
- Convert leads into sales by following up with interested prospects in person or over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, customer details, and sales made.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals through effective persuasion.
4. Relationship Management
- Maintain good rapport with existing and potential customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Provide after-sales service, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Encourage repeat business, up-sell or cross-sell when appropriate.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide daily sales reports, lead status updates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) for timely delivery or execution.
- Keep informed about competitors activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10 2 / Graduate in any field (Sales or Marketing preferred).
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional language.
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Familiarity with local areas, travel routes, and field-based working.
