About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can drive sales through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role involves proactive communication with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and pitching the company s products/services effectively.Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and convert them into sales.- Explain product/service details clearly to customers over call.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and customer details.- Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customers.- Work collaboratively with the sales team for overall business growth.Required Skills- Strong communication and convincing skills.- Ability to handle customer queries confidently.- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Eligibility Criteria- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)- Preferred: BBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales), or candidates with strong interest in sales.- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.- Experienced candidates in tele-sales or field sales will be preferred.Additional Requirements- Comfortable making high-volume sales calls daily.- Should be confident, energetic, and persistent.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
