Cluster Collection Manager - Vehicle Loan Vertical (6-8 Yrs) Noida/Punjab/Panipat/Ludhiana/Haryana (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Role Summary: Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolioPlease make sure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively. Responsibilities:- Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30 , 60 , 90 ).- Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.- Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.- Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.- Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels. KPIs:- Collection efficiency vs target- Roll rate and vintage movement- Cost per unit recovery- Legal case resolution TAT Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate/MBA with 10-15 years in vehicle finance collections- Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management- Willing to travel extensively within the zone (ref:updazz.com)
