Job Description
Organization: A leading training provider in India, offering high-quality certifications and workshops in software testing, agile, DevOps, and AI-driven testing practices.Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales experts to drive B2B sales for our training programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution selling, corporate account management, and EdTech with a proven ability to exceed targets and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve training sales targets and expand customer base.2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing corporate deals.3. Pitch certification and training programs (ISTQB, Agile, Automation, AI Testing, etc.) to decision-makers in IT firms, HR departments and L&D teams.4. Build strong relationships with key accounts and maintain a pipeline of repeat business.5. Collaborate with marketing for campaign planning, webinar promotions, and lead nurturing.6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior leadership.7. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences.Requirements:1. 5-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, or IT trainings, or corporate trainings.2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.3. Strong understanding of IT certifications and professional training markets (ISTQB, DevOps, Agile, etc.).4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.5. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.6. Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals across India and globally. (ref:updazz.com)
