Job Description
Role Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to lead B2C revenue operations for high-ticket international pathway programs. The role requires a strong closer with a track record of meeting aggressive sales targets, managing daily conversions, and leading a team effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Drive daily enrollments and revenue through direct B2C sales.- Lead and manage a team of counsellors/telecallers to achieve targets.- Maintain strong follow-ups across all active leads.- Personally close high-value prospects when required.- Monitor daily conversion metrics and prevent lead leakage.- Ensure structured follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, and re-engagement.- Track revenue and pipeline through CRM and report daily.- Drive faster decision-making with students and parents.- Ensure timely payment collection and deal closures.Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C EdTech sales.- Direct experience in selling high-ticket international pathway / study abroad programs.- Proven track record of achieving multi-lakh monthly revenue targets.- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.- CRM-driven sales discipline with high ownership mindset.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree (mandatory); MBA in Sales preferred.
