This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing IT contract negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies, contributing directly to the company s expansion and market leadership.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities to expand the client base.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target client organizations to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Scoop Technologies capabilities and value proposition.- Manage IT contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Scoop Technologies while maintaining positive client relationships.- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adjust business development strategies accordingly.- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company s revenue growth and profitability.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities in the CRM system to track progress and inform decision-making.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT services industry.- Proven expertise in IT contract management, including negotiation, drafting, and execution.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 7-12 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.- Comfortable working in a Hyderabad-based on-site role.
