Job Description
Job SummaryAs a BDE, you will help our sales team by finding new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team.What You Will Do- Research and identify potential clients- Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn- Qualify leads and understand client needs- Explain Massil Technologies services to clients- Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product demos for the sales team- Keep accurate records of your work in the CRM system- Work towards monthly and quarterly targetsWhat We Are Looking For- 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.- Good communication skills (speaking and writing)- Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus- Organized, disciplined, and motivated to achieve targetsNice to Have- Interest or some experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software solutions- Understanding of how sales pipelines work- Experience with LinkedIn or other professional networking tools (ref:updazz.com)
