Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive business growth by selling our comprehensive IT portfolio-including software solutions, cloud services, and infrastructure products-to large corporate clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing high-value dealsKey Responsibilities: - New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients (typically 500 employees).
-Solution Selling: Position complex IT products, services, cloud (Azure/AWS), and SaaS solutions to meet client business needs.
-Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-level relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and stakeholders.
-Sales Cycle Management: Drive complex, long-term sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
-Strategy & Forecasting: Develop territory plans, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
-Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, technical teams, and customer success teams to ensure tailored solutions and client satisfaction Required Qualifications & Experience:- 5 -10 years of enterprise sales experience in the IT industry (Software, IT services, or SaaS).
-Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA preferred).
-Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (e.g., SaaS, AWS, Azure), and digital transformation.
-Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
